Revsite is a website builder for mortgage professionals. This policy explains what information we collect from our customers ("you") and from visitors to websites built with Revsite, and how we use it.
Account information. Your name, email address, and login credentials when you sign up.
Billing information. When you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment processor. We receive your billing status and plan details; we never see or store your full card number.
Your content. The text, photos, business details, and site content you provide or generate while building your website.
Lead data. When a visitor submits a contact form on a site built with Revsite, we collect the information they provide (typically name, email, phone, loan purpose, and message) on behalf of the site owner, along with technical metadata like the page URL, referring site, and browser type.
Usage data. How you interact with the builder, so we can operate, secure, and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information or your leads' information.
For lead data submitted through your website, you are the data controller and Revsite acts as your processor. That means you decide how leads are used and contacted, and you're responsible for complying with applicable marketing and privacy laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state privacy laws) when you follow up with them.
We store lead data securely, transmit it to you, and only access it to operate the service, prevent abuse, or when required by law.
We share information with a small set of providers that help us run Revsite:
These providers may only process your information as needed to provide their service to us and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your work in the builder. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We keep your account, content, and leads while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep it (for example, payment records for tax purposes).
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you as the law requires.
You can access, correct, or export your information, or delete your account, by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EEA), you may have additional rights to access, portability, deletion, or to object to certain processing. We honor those requests and don't discriminate against you for exercising them.
Visitors whose information was submitted to a Revsite-powered website should contact that website's owner directly; we'll assist the owner in responding.
Revsite is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy from time to time; we'll post the new date above and give notice of material changes. Questions or requests: hello@revsite.co.
