Revsite ("Revsite", "we", "us") provides a website builder for mortgage professionals: you answer a few questions, we generate a website, and you can edit it with an AI assistant or manual controls, publish it, and collect leads.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use Revsite on behalf of a company or branch, you confirm you're authorized to accept them for that organization.
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your login secure. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial. You may be asked for a payment method at signup. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan renews automatically at the price shown at checkout — monthly or yearly — until you cancel.
You can cancel, change plans, or update your payment method at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where the law requires it.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
You own the content you put on your website — your text, photos, logos, and branding. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service.
Mortgage marketing is heavily regulated. You are solely responsible for the compliance of your website with all laws and rules that apply to you, including the Truth in Lending Act (Regulation Z), RESPA, the SAFE Act, Fair Housing laws, state advertising rules, and your employer's and licensing requirements. That includes displaying your NMLS number, required disclosures, and licensing information where required.
Revsite includes automated compliance checks as a helpful tool, but they are not legal advice and do not guarantee your site is compliant. No automated tool can replace review by your compliance department or counsel.
You agree not to use Revsite to:
We may suspend or remove sites or accounts that violate these terms, that we reasonably believe are unlawful, or that create risk for us or other users.
When visitors submit a form on your site, that information is delivered to you. You are the controller of that lead data and are responsible for how you use it, including honoring consent, telemarketing, and privacy laws (such as TCPA and state privacy acts). Our handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy.
You may publish your site to a Revsite web address or connect a domain you own. You're responsible for your domain registration and DNS settings. We may unpublish or suspend sites that violate these terms or present legal risk.
Revsite itself — the builder, the AI assistant, the design system, and our branding — belongs to us. These terms don't transfer any of it to you. The website we generate from your content is yours to use while your account is active.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any website will generate leads or comply with any law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revsite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost leads, lost data, or lost goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time; we'll post the new date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
You may close your account at any time. On termination, your sites are unpublished and your content may be deleted after a reasonable retention period, so export anything you need first.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still apply. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Revsite.
